Subject Matter Expert Vytautas Butrimas gave a lecture today via video teleconference on the „Cybersecurity dimension of critical energy infrastructure"

NATO ENSEC COE Research and Lesson Learned Division‘s Subject Matter Expert Vytautas Butrimas gave a lecture today via video teleconference on the „Cybersecurity dimension of critical energy infrastructure” to students taking the Energy Security Strategic Awareness Course underway this week at the NATO School Oberammergau.  Mr. Butrimas discussed with examples the important differences between IT and Industrial Control System (ICS) security and ways to reduce the threat and increase cyber resilience of critical energy infrastructure.  The lecture which included time for questions and answers was attended by officers and civilians from 17 countries.
