Visit of Turkish Military College Officers

On 2 July, 2015 the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence received a delegation of the Turkish Military College Officers, headed by Brigadier General Cengiz KARACABEY, Commander of Turkish Armed Forces Higher Command and Control College with the Captain (N) Cengiz Ekinci and Turkish Military Attaché Colonel Osman Erikli.

Commander of Turkish Armed Forces Higher Command and Control College was welcomed by the Director of NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence Colonel Gintaras Bagdonas. Deputy Director of the NATO ENSEC COE LTC Nicolas Henry and Head of Doctrine and Concept Development Division, Lt Col Luca Dottarelli presented the main activities, tasks and future plans of the Centre. The presentation was ended by question and answer session.
