Visit from the Portuguese Army

On 29-30 July, 2015 the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence held a meeting with a delegate from the Portuguese Army – Maj Martino de Engenharia. The main objective of the two-day visit was to discuss possible ways of cooperation between the Centre and the Portuguese Army ranging from partnership to fellowship programme and ad-hoc groups.

The meeting started with the overall presentation of the NATO ENSEC COEmission, structure and main activities given by the Deputy Director LtCol Nicolas Henry. Subsequently, the delegate was introduced to each division of the Centre and their main projects by partaking in bi-lateral meetings with representatives from each section.
