The team NATO ENSEC COE at the Chiefs of Transformation Workshop in Warsaw

The Director of NATO ENSEC COE Colonel Gintaras Bagdonas and Subject Matter Expert Dr. Tadas Jakštas attended the first Chiefs of Transformation Workshop in Warsaw, Poland. The aim of the workshop was to prepare for next Chiefs of Transformation Conference (COTC18), a key annual event hosted by NATO ACT in order to share a higher level of understanding on future security challenges, innovation and transformation, which will be held in Norfolk on 11-13 December. The workshop activities included identification of potential themes for COTC18 as well as brainstorming and drafting the list of potential topics for the COTC18 syndicate sessions.

The workshop was conducted at the working level and targeted towards the identified staff points of contact for the national Chiefs of Transformation involved in the management of national transformation and representatives from the NATO Centres of Excellence (COEs).
