The first Advanced Research Workshop held in the ENSEC COE

On the 3rd-5th of November, NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence (NATO ENSEC COE) hosted the First Advanced Research Workshop titled “Towards Energy efficiency Through Behaviour Change in the Military”.

During the workshop experts worked together and explored ways, how to raise awareness about national and international initiatives on energy efficiency in the military. Speakers from the Baltic States, Canada, Greece, Portugal, the United Kingdom, United States of America and other countries have shared experiences and best practices, discussed how to find effective means to insure better energy efficiency for NATO Armed Forces through embedding energy efficient behaviours.

This workshop is related to the study “Energy efficiency: Cultural Change”, one of the main projects in progress at NATO ENSEC COE.
