Tabletop Exercise "Coherent Resilience 2023 Baltic“ will take place in Riga in 13-17th of November

NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence together with European Commision Joint Research Centre of and US Naval Postgraduate School will conduct regional Table-top Exercise "Coherent Resilience 2023 Baltic" on 13-17 November 2023 in Riga, Latvia.

The purpose of this Tabletop Exercise (TTX) is to support national authorities and the energy sector to assess collective preparedness in mitigating threats to maritime and offshore energy installations in Baltic Sea. The TTX will address hybrid attacks, terrorism and maritime operations disruptions on energy related installations in the Baltic Sea.

The exercise will bring together representatives from energy system operators, Ministries of Climate and Energy, Ministries of Defence and Foreign Affairs, governmental institutions and public companies and organizations from relevant countries.
