NATO ENSEC COE delegation visited partner institutions in Ankara, Turkey

NATO ENSEC COE Director, Colonel Romualdas Petkevičius and Subject Matter Expert of Education, Training & Exercises Division, Lieutenant Commander Arif Alkaya visited Centre’s partner institutions in Ankara, Turkey. First, NATO ENSEC COE delegation met with the staff of the NATO Defence Against Terrorism COE to discuss future cooperation in infrastructure protection training courses. Afterwards Colonel Petkevičius visited the Turkish General Staff PfP Training Centre to coordinate NATO ENSEC COE support for the Energy Security Course, which will be conducted there this winter. Finally, Colonel Petkevicius and LtCdr Alkaya visited our newest partner, Bilkent University Energy Policy Research Centre to discuss several possibilities for future cooperative work in the area of energy security education and training.
