NATO ENSEC COE conducted a planning meeting for upcoming TTX later on this year

On 23-24 January 2018, NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence conducted an initial planning meeting (IPM) to prepare for upcoming table-top exercises (TTX) that will happen on 3-7 December 2018.

The purpose of the IPM is to develop goals and objectives for the TTX and determine methodologies. During the meeting, attendees considered potential stakeholders and participants for the exercise, chose an exercise location, and collaborated on scenario details.

A planned table-top exercise will focus on collective defence of fuel supply. The goal of the exercise is to identify vulnerabilities in current fuel supply infrastructures, determine military dependence on those infrastructures, and to consider measures that can be taken to protect them.
