NATO ENSEC COE attended the Kick-start seminar on “Hybrid Threats and Energy Supply Networks“
On 20 June, 2018 Dr Artūras Petkus, Head of Strategic Analysis Division, NATO ENSEC COE, attended the Kick-start seminar on “Hybrid Threats and Energy Supply Networks“ that took place in Helsinki (Finland). The event was organised by The European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats and hosted by Finnish TSO Fingrid.
The aim of the event was to define the agenda for 2018-2019 related to vulnerabilities and resilience in the Energy Supply. The organisers and the Community of Interest “Vulnerabilities and Resilience” hoped to have a comprehensive and insightful discussion about the changing risk environment of the field, which indeed led to a promising agenda, inclusive of analysis of lesser known potential threat factors. The participating stakeholders were industry experts and companies, public communities, sub-national administrations, Member state administrations, and communities such as EU and NATO, as well as various agencies related to them.
