NATO ENSEC COE and Hellenic Naval Academy starts cooperation
On 23rd February, the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence (ENSEC COE) and Hellenic Naval Academy signed a Letter of Intent to develop the cooperation between the two organizations. The Dean of the Academy and the Deputy Director of the NATO ENSEC COE Colonel Jean-Marc Bouillet have signed this agreement which will make it possible to envisage a partnership in many areas, including the field of scientific research.
The Mechanic and Material Division and the Fuels and Lubricants Laboratory of the Academy presented their areas of excellence, work and expectations. On the other hand, the ENSECCOE representative have presented their work in progress. This has made it possible to clarify the following forms of cooperation in the common areas of competence with particular focus on energy security: to exchange experts, researchers within the joint projects, conduct planning and coordination of joint projects, organise joint seminars, workshops and trainings, facilitate students’ engagement in internships, exchange unclassified results and outcomes of conducted researches, unclassified information of planned and ongoing events.
