ENSEC COE  participation at RIGA StratCom Dialogue: Perception Matters conference

Director of NATO ENSEC COE Col. Gintaras Bagdonas and Subject Matter Expert Maj. Remigijus Zilinskas attended ,,Riga StratCom Dialogue: Perception Matters’’ conference which was held in Latvia 20-21 June 2015. The high level conference was organized by the recently accredited NATO Strategic Communication Centre of Excellence (STRATCOM COE) and marked the inauguration of its premises.

The aim of this event was to to discuss how strategic communications could strengthen the defence capabilities of NATO in the new information environment.  The event attracted more than two hundred participants, including Heads of States, Foreign and Defence Ministers, NATO representatives, as well as academics, journalists, defence and communications experts from NATO and partner nations.
