ENSEC COE has attended 2015 NATO Individual Planning Board (IPB II) meeting

The NATO ENSEC COE representative expert Maj. Remigijus ZILINSKAS participated in the 2ND Individual Training and Education Programming Board (IPB) II, which was held on 17-19 Nov, 2015, CASPOA, Lyon, France. The aim of IPB is the production of an effective, efficient and affordable NATO Individual Training and Education Programme (ITEP).

IPB II was open to Centres of Excellences (COEs) and Department Heads in order to provide them with an update on Global Programming and other E&IT business activities ( e-Learning and etc) as well as prepare for the upcoming NITEC and DH forum as a part of NATO Training Synchronization Conference to be held in Tirana (Albania), March 1-3, 2016

NATO productions and Planning Process is a one year cycle which consists of four phases comprising NTEC and DH forum, IPB I ( NCS/NFS+PTEC), IPB II ( NCS/NFS+COE), IPB III (NCS/NFS+NETF’s).
