Energy Security Strategic Awareness Course

A new M3-131 Energy Security Strategic Awareness course to be offered  by the NATO School, Oberammergau 8-12 Dec 14 in cooperation with Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), the United States Partnership for Peace Education and Training Center (US PTEC), and NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence for (ENSEC COE).

The aim of the course is to fulfil the need for strategic focus on global energy developments and vulnerabilities as emerging security challenges. Lectures, Q&As, small group sessions, panels, facilitated discussions and in-class exercises will facilitate the exchange of ideas & best practices on NATO’s challenges, opportunities and the way ahead on energy security, on the role of technology and on NATO partners’ strategic importance for Alliance’s energy security.
