Ambassador of the Slovak Republic visited the NATO ENSEC COE

Today the NATO ENSEC COE was visited by Mr. Ladislav Babčan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Lithuania. The Ambassador was greeted by the Centres Director Colonel Romualdas Petkevičius.

The guest was interested in Centres current ongoing projects and plans for the future. Additionally, questions of various aspects and recent developments of European Energy security were touched as well. Meeting was concluded with discussion of possible Centres representative participation in Globsec 2019 Bratislava Forum, which will happen during 6 -8^th June of 2019.

At the end of the meeting Centres Director was delighted to extend his invitation for Slovakia to join the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence, as common goals are always better achieved by combined efforts and coordinated actions.
