NATO Allied Command Transformation workshop "Strategic Foresight Analysis" was attended by NATO ENSEC COE Expert

On the 6-8^th of November the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence Head of Strategic Analysis Division Dr. Artūras Petkus attended the Strategic Foresight Analysis (SFA) workshop in Budapest, Hungary. The event was organized by the NATO Allied Command Transformation.

The aim of this workshop was to continue work on the Regional Perspectives: North Africa, Russia and Eastern Europe, and the Arctic/High North. This workshop provided an opportunity to demonstrate the application of data science to improve the efficiency and increase the capacity of our foresight methodology. A small team from Microsoft demonstrated and elaborated how we could utilize this technology for going forward. In order to get the best outcome from this workshop, the goal was set that Subject Matter Experts from NATO and Partner Nations, Centres of Excellence, think tanks and academia would work together.
