Lithuanian Industry Confederation Vice President and President of the Association of Engineering Industry Gintautas Kvietkauskas visited NATO ENSEC COE

On the 22nd of August, the NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence has received a visitor from Lithuanian Industry Confederation. Vice President and President of the Association of Engineering Industry Gintautas Kvietkauskas met with the Director of the NATO ENSEC COE Colonel Gintaras Bagdonas.

The director introduced him the activities of the NATO ENSEC COE, ongoing projects, also discussed the partnerships with Lithuanian companies.

During the meeting most of attention was paid for IESMA 2016 (Innovative Energy Solutions for Military Applications). The purpose of IESMA 2016 is to present, discuss and accelerate energy efficiency initiatives and to identify opportunities for stimulating the use of innovative energy technologies for military applications in order to reduce the military footprint and increase the security, endurance and resilience of our troops. Col. G. Bagdonas has invited Gintautas Kvietkauskas to participate in this event too.
